Pricing and process

  • How much does window cleaning cost?

    It depends on window count, story height, screens, tracks, access, and how dirty the glass is. Giant gives a free estimate first, so you know the price before work starts.

  • How do I get an estimate?

    Use the Jobber form on the contact page, or call or text Giant at (512) 880-1838. Most requests get a same-business-day response Monday-Friday.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Giant accepts credit cards through Jobber's secure payment flow after the job is done. Cards are entered by you directly into Jobber, not handed over on site.

  • Do you offer recurring or scheduled service?

    Yes. Homeowners and property managers can book quarterly, twice-a-year, pollen-season, or storefront route service.

Service details

  • Do you clean interior and exterior windows, or just one?

    Both. Most jobs are exterior-plus-interior on the same visit, but interior-only and exterior-only are available if that fits the property or budget better. Tell Giant what you want during the estimate.

  • Do you clean screens, tracks, and sills?

    Yes. Screens, tracks, and sills can be quoted with the main visit. They make the whole job look cleaner.

  • Do you clean solar panels and skylights?

    Yes. Giant uses a low-pressure rinse and panel-safe brushes for solar panels. Skylights and high glass can be added when the access makes sense.

  • Do you clean hard-to-reach or high windows?

    Yes. Giant uses water-fed poles, ladders, and the right access setup for two-story homes, stairwells, atriums, and commercial high glass. Mention steep roofs, locked gates, or unusual access on the estimate.

  • How long does a typical job take?

    Most residential interior-and-exterior jobs take one to three hours, depending on window count and details. Larger estates, commercial routes, and bundled services take longer.

Logistics and coverage

  • What areas do you serve?

    Giant serves Austin, Westlake, Bee Cave, Lakeway, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Pflugerville, South Congress, East Austin, Dripping Springs, and nearby areas. Send the address if you are not sure.

  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

    Not for exterior-only work. For interior cleaning, someone needs to open up at the start, but you do not have to hover.

  • Do you bring your own water and power?

    Giant usually uses the property's spigot and brings the tools, brushes, hoses, and filtration when needed. Mention gates, no spigot, or tricky access on the estimate.

  • What happens if it rains?

    Light rain on already-clean glass usually doesn't undo the work, but heavy weather can move a job. If the forecast looks like a problem, Giant reaches out to reschedule. No penalty for a weather move.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes. Giant is insured. Documentation is available if your property manager or HOA needs it before work starts.
